Refund policy

In-Store Returns

You may return the item in its original condition and packaging for a store credit within 7 days of purchasing. This excludes large furniture and art. All sale items are final sale. 

Exchanges are only available for in-store shopping.

Sales are final on all pierced earrings, swimwear, hats, gift cards and sale and promotional items.


Online Returns

If your purchase doesn't work out, we accept returns within 7 days for refund or store credit. Just ship back the item within the 7 days of receipt and forward the tracking number via email to hello@shopcurato.com.  After 7 days we are unable to accept returns. Please note that large furniture and art is final sale or upon the discretion of the Curato team and a restocking fee of up to 20% could apply.

All sale items are final sale.  

All shipping charges are non-refundable and all return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Please email your tracking number to hello@shopcurato.com  so we know to look out for it. 

Manufacturer Defect and Damaged Items

We inspect all items before they are shipped out. If any item(s) break, please keep original packaging and product. Take a picture and send to hello@shopcurato.com with your name, tracking number and contact information.

Defects and damages are subject to inspection and approval and need to be reported within the first 48hrs of receiving the item.
